Why is the Strip Wax not removing the hair?

This can happen for the following reasons:

1. The hair is too short, for good removal the hair needs to be at least a grain of rice in length.
2. Not rubbing the strip firmly enough to embed the hair into the wax strip.
3. Removing the wax strip the wrong way. For strip wax the strip must be removed against the hair growth.
